This is the bill that should be passed today.

Freedom Healthcare Act of 2017

I. The Affordable Care Act, all its laws, regulations, taxes, provisions, etc are hereby repealed, revoked, and dissolved.

II. Allow the "Free Market System" to work in the Healthcare and Health Insurance industries.

III. All Health Insurance Companies are immediately approved to market and sale healthcare policies across state lines.

IV. Medicare and Medicaid will revert to the laws, regulations, and provisions in place at the time the Affordable Care Act was signed.

V. The Freedom Healthcare Act of 2015 will take effect immediately upon execution and signing by the President of the United States.
