What are you searching for? ‘Resign Or Be Impeached’: House Republicans Are Taking Action To Hold The 51 Intel Officials Accountable For Russia Disinformation Letter

May7, 2023

It has been established that the 51 former national security officials who signed the infamous October 2020 letter decrying the Hunter Biden laptop expose as Russian disinformation was done in the words of the drafter of that document to help Biden “win the election.” The fact that the letter‘s statement that the contents of the expose “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation” was proven to be egregiously wrong and the security officials who signed it have not expressed regrets about the letter. Now several Republicans are looking to impose penalties on the organizers of the letter and its signatories, according to Just the News.

The penalties that are being discussed range from revoking security clearances and federal contracts with those associated with the letter to impeachment. Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) told Just the News in an interview that “Exposing the truth is certainly the first step in accountability, pretty powerful accountability. But the House can impeach those individuals who are currently serving in government. And a number of those individuals … are now serving in the Biden administration. They also ought to either resign or be impeached.”

The Wisconsin Republican added that “And then we should do everything we can to revoke security clearances of every one of those individuals that sign that letter. All of them should be barred from either current or future employment with the federal government.”

Taylor Greene Reveals What ‘Staggering’ Bank Statements Indicate Regarding Hunter Biden Trafficking Schemes

May 2023

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene leveled a stunning allegation against first son Hunter Biden this week regarding what she described as information gleaned from “staggering” bank statements.

The Georgia Republican said during an interview that the statements indicate Hunter was involved in sex trafficking schemes, citing the documents, as well as suspicious activity reports that show money being transferred between him and prostitutes.

“This is true human sex trafficking of people that are not even citizens. And the question is, were they being held in some sort of sex slavery?” Greene said during an appearance on conservative commentator Benny Johnson’s podcast.

“These are the crimes that the FBI and the Department of Justice should be investigating and prosecuting with Hunter Biden because the evidence is all there, and the women are easily accessible. You can talk to them and call them in as witnesses,” she added.

Panic of Panic

May 6, 2023

Backstopping the banking system is necessary to save it, but irresponsible parties must pay a price.

Two American banks have failed—the Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) in California and Signature Bank in New York. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has stepped in to take control and in the process has gone well beyond its regulatory remit. Under normal procedures, the FDIC would guarantee all deposits up to $250,000 and use the sale of the bank or pieces of it to bring larger depositors and creditors as close to whole as the asset sales allow. But in this case the FDIC has guaranteed all deposits regardless of size. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has indicated that Washington is likely to extend this protection to other banks too. The Federal Reserve (Fed) has established a special lending facility to ease strains further. A third bank, First Republic, looks shaky, and the biggest banks have stepped in to bolster it so that it does not join the list of failures.

Several commentators have criticized this special help, implying that it shows a favoritism toward the well-heeled and politically well connected, especially in Silicon Valley. There may be something to such criticisms, but such extraordinary actions by both the authorities and the financial community mostly reflect a desire to guard against a general banking panic. Bankers and regulators know that no bank, no matter how prudently managed or well capitalized, can withstand a run on its deposits. All depends on continued public confidence that deposits are safe. Without such confidence a general run could bring down the whole banking system and, as occurred in the financial crisis of 2008 and 2009, drive the economy into a deep recession.

'Climate Czar' John Kerry Is Negotiating With the CCP, James Comer Threatens Subpoena to Find out Why

May 6, 2023

One-time presidential candidate and former Secretary of State John Kerry wasn’t elected to his current position as Special Presidential Envoy for Climate—nor was he confirmed by Congress for the cabinet-level role. In fact, President Joe Biden created simply created the title and appointed Kerry to fill it, which conveniently does not require congressional approval.

But the unelected, unconfirmed “Climate Czar” has been holding private meetings with his Chinese counterparts, and House Oversight Committee Chair Rep. James Comer (R-KY) wants to know why. In February, Comer served notice that his committee would investigate the matter, and on Friday he doubled down, saying the committee was going to subject Kerry and his activities to “intense scrutiny”:

U.S. launches $4 billion effort to electrify U.S. ports, cut emissions

May 6, 2023

The Biden administration on Friday launched a $4 billion effort to electrify U.S. ports and cut heavy duty truck emissions as the government looks to address disproportionate impacts on nearby communities.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said it was seeking input in its $3 billion Clean Ports Program to reduce pollutants at U.S. ports and its $1 billion Clean Heavy-Duty Vehicle Program to reduce vehicle emissions near ports and other truck routes. EPA wants details about the availability, market price, and performance of zero-emission trucks, zero-emission port equipment, electric charging and other infrastructure needs for zero-emission technologies.

White House National Climate Advisor Ali Zaidi said the program is addressing "pernicious pollution pumping through our port communities by making investments and setting standards that will spur a shift away from dirty diesel to clean, American-made technologies."

THE GOVERNMENT CREATED A NEW DISINFORMATION OFFICE TO OVERSEE ALL THE OTHER ONES

 May 6, 2023

WITHIN THE FEDERAL government, offices dedicated to fighting foreign disinformation are springing up like daisies, from the Pentagon’s new Influence and Perception Management Office to at least four organizations inside the Department of Homeland Security alone, as well as ones inside the FBI and State Department.

To oversee the growing efforts — which arose in response to concerns about the impact of Russian meddling in the 2016 election but have now expanded — the director of national intelligence has created a new office.

In testimony before the Senate Armed Services Committee Thursday, Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines for the first time mentioned the creation of the Foreign Malign Influence Center, or FMIC. “Congress put into law that we should establish a Foreign Malign Influence Center in the intelligence community; we have stood that up,” Haines said, referring to legislation passed last year. “It encompasses our election threat work, essentially looking at foreign influence and interference in elections, but it also deals with disinformation more generally.”

‘Jaws’ star Richard Dreyfuss blasts Hollywood inclusion standards: ‘They make me vomit’

May 6, 2023

Dreyfuss claimed that the Oscars' inclusion guidelines are 'patronizing' and reveal that people are 'so fragile'

Legendary actor Richard Dreyfuss condemned Hollywood’s new inclusivity standards in strong terms during a recent interview, claiming they make him "vomit."

Dreyfuss, who’s starred in "Jaws" "Close Encounters of the Third Kind," and many other classic Hollywood films, blistered the new diversity and inclusion guidelines that will be implemented at the Academy Awards starting next year.

The guidelines must be adhered to by any film in the running for a "Best Picture" Oscar.

As first noted on Hollywood in Toto, PBS anchor Margaret Hoover brought up the new guidelines during her interview with the actor on PBS’ "Firing Line" Friday.

The anchor stated, "Starting in 2024, films will be required to meet new inclusion standards to be eligible for the Academy Awards for ‘Best Picture.’ They’ll have to have a certain percentage of actors or crew from under-represented racial or ethnic groups."

She asked, "What do you think of these new inclusion standards for films?"

Not holding back, Dreyfuss declared, "They make me vomit."

Unrigging Our Elections

May 6, 2023

Republicans need a serious counter-offensive if they want to stand a chance.

It might not matter whom Republicans run for president in 2024.

America’s propaganda press traffics in disinformation. Its Big Tech oligarchs censor news and information helpful to conservatives, while elevating biased news and information that helps the Left. And its election systems have been overrun by privately funded groups that run Democratic “get out the vote” campaigns to traffic ballots into ballot boxes. We catalogued this particularly complex problem in Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections.

Instead of election day, we now have an “election season”—during which, over a period of months, we flood homes across the country with tens of millions of mail-in ballots, regardless of whether secretaries of state or local registrars have any idea if those ballots are being sent to the correct addresses. This in a country where 11% of residents move every year. We then wait for sophisticated partisan turnout operations funded by activist billionaires and run by ideological statisticians to round up those ballots in entirely selective ways.

This culminates with us all glued to our TVs on a Tuesday evening in November listening to “journalists” who spent the months leading up to the election smothering any accurate information about the state of the country with a pillow, making empty judgments about the health of American democracy based entirely on how much the results will further advance policies that favor a toxic admixture of their own corporate paymasters and woke Montagnards.

In this world, concerns about candidate quality are irrelevant. If we don’t fix this complete capture of election infrastructure, it might be impossible for anyone with a sincere desire to prioritize the interests of voters over the ruling class to win a national election.

An Examination of the Priestly Caste of the Leftist Religions.

May 6, 2023

Modern American decadence has created a habitat for religions purporting to be academic disciplines based on science and empiricism. The chief exemplars consist of: the Church of Woke—a faith that catastrophizes history, tradition, and competence hierarchies; Climate Religion—a faith of environmental catastrophism; and the Cult of COVID—a faith of viral catastrophism. Characterizing these tendencies as religions is not novel, but there is a novel question deserving of further explication that deals less with the religions per se than the leaders of these new religions (the “New Levites”). Implicitly, the common man finds the New Levites odious. However, to truly indict these failed leaders rhetorically and politically, we must first identify their misdeeds, abstract out the underlying pathologies, and properly characterize them, thus rendering the source of tension between the New Levites and the common man both explicit and mutually intelligible amongst critics. After much meditation, going beyond the superficial mendacity and duplicity of this priestly caste, I have isolated three conceptual seeds of acrimony that have been growing between the New Levites and the common man.

A Brief Etymology

The term Levites refers to members of the Tribe of Levi, Israelites who trace their ancestry to Levi, the third son of Jacob. The Levites lacked a unique tribal territory, instead they circulated among the other tribes of Israel and served the entire Israelite population as priests and subordinate sacerdotal roles. Whether you believe in the God of the Bible or not, scholars agree that it was the Levites who “assembled [the Torah] from its sundry literary sources” to form the cardinal books of the Old Testament (i.e., Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy). The New Levites simply carry this naming convention forward.

FBI CAUGHT IN COVER-UP OF BIDEN’S MONEY FOR POLICY DECISIONS WHILE FABRICATING TRUMP-RUSSIA HOAX WITH HILLARY

May 6, 2023

Republican Senator Chuck Grassley from Iowa and House Oversight Committee Chairman Representative James Comer from Kentucky have sent letters to the FBI, urging the agency to produce unclassified documents pertaining to an alleged criminal scheme involving Joe Biden and a foreign national. The Republican leaders have given the FBI until May 15th to turn over the relevant documents.

According to sources, the document in question is an FBI-generated FD-1023 form which apparently reveals that money was exchanged for policy decisions. Comer, after receiving legally protected disclosures to Grassley’s office, issued a subpoena on Wednesday following which the Senators have called for the FBI to release an unclassified internal document that contains serious allegations about Biden.

Grassley made a statement saying that the FBI allegedly possesses this unclassified document, which comprises extremely serious and detailed allegations regarding Joe Biden’s involvement in criminal activity. The Senators urge the FBI to investigate the claims and verify their authenticity. Grassley further emphasizes that the FBI’s questionable history of handling politically charged investigations warrants close congressional oversight.

Reading between the lines, insight reveals that the sources have suggested that the information on Joe Biden’s criminal scheme, which involves exchanging money for policy decisions, was given to the FBI by a confidential human source. To note, this event occurred during Joe Biden’s tenure as the Vice President of the United States.

Blame Chuck Schumer for the Debt Ceiling Crisis

May 6, 2023

McCarthy managed to pass the bill in the House, but Schumer won’t let the Senate vote on it.

Barely two weeks ago, it didn’t look like House Speaker Kevin McCarthy had enough votes to pass a bill to increase the limit on the U.S. national debt. On April 19, when the California Republican released the Limit, Save, Grow Act of 2023 — intended to raise the ceiling by $1.5 trillion or extend it through March 31, “whichever occurs first” — NBC News noted“Republicans have a narrow majority and can afford only four defections before the legislation collapses, with Democrats expected to vote against it en masse.”

Yet McCarthy pulled a surprising victory by managing to corral 217 votes for the bill last Wednesday, “after leadership made a flurry of last-minute changes designed to win over key GOP holdouts,” as CNN reported. McCarthy’s success had the immediate effect of eliciting angry denunciations from the White House.

“President Biden will never force middle class and working families to bear the burden of tax cuts for the wealthiest, as this bill does,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said in a statement. “The President has made clear this bill has no chance of becoming law.”

This is typical Democrat campaign rhetoric — “Tax cuts for the rich!” — with little or no relevance to the actual content of the bill that passed the House, which doesn’t change taxes at all. The real problem for President Joe Biden is that his team built its strategy around the belief that McCarthy couldn’t pass any debt-ceiling bill. Now that McCarthy has succeeded, Democrats have to demagogue the issue in order to protect their fragile majority in the Senate from being forced to take a vote on the debt ceiling.

Billboards Pop Up All Over the Country with 3 Words That Are Sure to Cause the Devil a Headache

May 6, 2023

Billboards sharing the same three words are popping up all over the country.

Those words may anger secular atheists, leftists and Democrats in equal measure. What’s more, they are sure to anger the Devil himself.

Why? Because these billboards proclaim the ultimate, universal authority of Jesus Christ.

Simply but profoundly, they read, “Christ Is Lord.”

The ads were bought and paid for by Christian publisher Canon Press as a promotional preorder campaign for prominent Moscow, Idaho, pastor Douglas Wilson’s new book “Mere Christendom.”

So far, the ads have appeared or will soon appear in Moscow; Spokane, Washington; New York City, Porto Alegre, Brazil; Nashville, Tennessee; Taylor, Texas; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Greenville, South Carolina and Houston, Texas.

World On Cusp Of Woke Totalitarianism As Governments Act To End Freedom Of Speech

May 6, 2023

Media blackout as politicians in EU, US, UK, Brazil, Ireland, Canada, and Australia seek to jail citizens for wrongthink under the cover of a Big Lie about "hate speech"...

The Twitter Files gave us a window into how government agencies, civil society, and tech companies work together to censor social media users. Now, key nations are attempting to enshrine this coordination into law explicitly.

Around the world, politicians have either just passed or are on the cusp of passing sweeping new laws, which would allow governments to censor ordinary citizens on social media and other Internet platforms.

Under the guise of preventing “harm” and holding large tech companies accountable, several countries are establishing a vast and interlinked censorship apparatus, a new investigation by Public finds.

Politicians, NGOs, and their enablers in the news media claim that their goal is merely to protect the public from “disinformation.” But vague definitions and loopholes in new laws will create avenues for broad application, overreach, and abuse.

In Ireland, for example, the government may soon be able to imprison citizens simply for possessing material that officials decide is “hateful.” Under the RESTRICT Act in the US, the government may soon have the authority to monitor the Internet activity of any American deemed a security risk.

Zelensky and Biden may be on their way out

May 6, 2023

There is no doubt now that Bakhmut will soon fall to the Russians. How soon? Probably a few days and no more than one week.

Ukraine says it has managed to evacuate its elite forces from the city, leaving only rearguard elements to hang on until the end. Efforts by Ukraine to provide counterattacks have not borne fruit, and all efforts have been stopped by Russian paratroopers and Wagner PMC fighters, along with generous amounts of Russian artillery.

Meanwhile, the Russians themselves are refocusing on the newly created Ukrainian brigades that are supposed to lead the counteroffensive. These are the brigades that have been stuffed up to their ears with Western hardware but lack well-trained troops.

Such brigades also face complex, perhaps impossible, logistical challenges, since the Western supplies require spare parts, repair centers and in many cases different types of ammunition. Even the Leopard II tanks supplied can’t all use the same ammunition.

Biden’s 1,500 Troops Sent to Southern Border Are a ‘Welcome Wagon,’ Retired Border Patrol Agent Says

May 6, 2023

“It’s a welcome wagon,” a retired Border Patrol agent says of the 1,500 active-duty troops the Biden administration is sending to the southern border ahead of the expiration of Title 42 on May 11.

The troops will be helping with “non-law enforcement duties,” according to the Homeland Security Department, but Frank Lopez says that likely means they will be assigned tasks like “feeding [illegal aliens], to providing water, [and] blankets for little kids.”

Lopez served in the Border Patrol for 30 years before retiring at the end of 2018. While the situation at the border changes to some degree with each administration, Lopez says “the change under Biden was so drastic, so detrimental, and so anti-enforcement.”

Border Patrol, Customs and Border Protection, and CBP’s Office of Field Operations are running drills and stockpiling goods like food and diapers at the ports of entry in preparation for the end of Title 42, said Lopez, who ran for U.S. Congress as a Texas independent in 2022.

RFK Jr: WEF and Bill Gates Are Using ‘Climate Change’ To Depopulate the Planet

May 6, 2023

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has warned that the World Economic Forum and Bill Gates are attempting to depopulate the world under the guise of “saving the planet.”

Speaking during a new interview with Kim Iverson, RFK Jr. warned that the globalist elite are using “climate change” to usher in totalitarian population control.

Slaynews.com reports: Kennedy made the comments shortly after launching his campaign to challenge President Joe Biden in the Democrat 2024 presidential primary.

RFK Jr. has emerged as an interesting candidate who is rocking the boat of the Democrat establishment.

Unlike Biden and the rest of the Democratic Party, Kennedy is not a socialist Democrat.

While his talking points do somewhat align with the liberal Left, his agenda contrasts sharply with that of the Democrat regime.

Franklin Graham: America Is ‘Spiraling in a Heap of Confusion and Lies’

May 6, 2023

Prominent evangelist Franklin Graham urged Americans to return to prayer Thursday, insisting the nation’s problems stem from having “turned our back on God.”

“Our country is spiraling in a heap of confusion and lies,” Rev. Graham wrote to his 10 million Facebook followers.

“As a nation we have turned our back on God and His Word, and we are seeing the results. Violence, crime, and suicide are rampant,” he declared.

The only solution to the nation’s escalating problems is a return to God, Graham asserted, in his remembrance of the National Day of Prayer, an annual observance designated by the U.S. Congress and held on the first Thursday of May.

The National Day of Prayer was established by President Harry S. Truman in 1952 as part of the public reaction to the threats occasioned by the Korean War, mandating that each subsequent president sign a yearly proclamation urging all Americans to pray on this day.

At that time, Rev. Billy Graham — Franklin Graham’s father — was a leading voice in urging the country to adopt a national day of prayer.

When Strength, Moral Clarity, Resolve, and Humility Prevailed

May 6, 2023

The timeless lessons of Ronald Reagan’s template for the New Republican Party.

“If men of wisdom and knowledge, of moderation and temperance, of patience, fortitude and perseverance, of sobriety and true republican simplicity of manners, of zeal for the honour of the Supreme Being and the welfare of the commonwealth; if men possessed of these other excellent qualities are chosen to fill the seats of government, we may expect that our affairs will rest on a solid and permanent foundation.” —Samuel Adams (1780)

“A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…” That was the opening crawl in George Lucas’s now-epic 1977 film “Star Wars,” followed by eight prequels and sequels. The film was accompanied by an equally epic soundtrack by an exceptional composer, John Williams, conducting the London Symphony Orchestra.

Indeed, it seems like it was a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away that Ronald Reagan issued his 1977 blueprint for “Federalism and the New Republican Party.” That template was rooted in the timeless principles he set forth in his 1964 speech, “A Time for Choosing,” and it’s as applicable today as it was then.

(You can read his remarks and other major speeches in our comprehensive historical tribute pages to President Reagan.)

According to then-former California Governor Reagan, who was a major inspirational force behind The Patriot Post, here are the foundational tenets of the Republican Party:

Gardner alluded to being “targeted” due to her race and gender in her letter of resignation, which she uploaded to Twitter.

“Unfortunately, since the time I took office, as the first Black, female prosecutor in the State, people outside of the city have targeted me and, to advance their goals, have also targeted the fundamental rights of the city’s voters,” Gardner wrote.

What are you searching for? Arizona Supreme Court Gives Major Victory To Kari Lake, Election Lawsuit Will Happen 'Forthwith' To Determine Contested Governor's Seat

May 6, 2023
The Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court on Thursday decided that court proceedings should take place "forthwith" in Maricopa County Suprerior Court regarding Kari Lake's (R-AZ) election challenge.

The issue which that trial will be around is over signature verification with respect to the 2022 Arizona governor's race. According to Just the NewsThe race was decided by a margin of around 17,000 ballots in favor of Katie Hobbes (D-AZ) who now occupies the office of governor. Should enough ballots be cast into doubt due to lack of or mismatching signatures, it could result in a court order of a change of governor.

The last time Arizona experienced a court overturning the official result of an election over allegations of election impropriety was in 1916. Back in 1916, the initial declared winner occupied the seat until the court a year later proclaimed his opponent had won.

The state Chief Justice also denied Kari's opponent's Motion to Strike and denied the request that Kari's lawyers pay the defendant's attorney's fees. The decision by the state Chief Justice did not wholly rule in Kari Lake's favor, however. He ordered that her lawyer pay "the Clerk of the Supreme Court the sum of $2,000.00" as a sanction for repeated asserations that to the effect that it was an "undisputed fact that 35,563 unaccounted for ballots were added to the total number of ballots."
