Since 2012, the GOP controlled House has passed several bills to repeal Obamacare. Where are they now? A couple of them were only a one page document that just said "Repeal". The US Constitution does not mention anywhere that the government is responsible for someone's health care. Stop with the excuses Speaker Ryan and "Repeal".
