It's not that racial harrassment is increasing at the University of Missouri, says the student body president. It's that black students feel more "empowered" to talk about it.
"One thing that I want people to understand is that, we are not seeing more incidents. What we're seeing is students who are empowered to speak about these incidents on their campuses around the nation," Missouri Students Association President Payton Head told CNN Tuesday morning.
