Sensible Truth Ep. 38: Quantum Justice and Quantum Injustice
The phrases "Quantum
Justice" and "Quantum Injustice" are not recognized
doctrines in law, philosophy, or physics. However, they can serve as powerful
metaphors for understanding how justice and injustice often operate in ways
that are interconnected, cumulative, and far-reaching. If we borrow the word quantum
from physics—not to imply literal quantum mechanics, but to suggest hidden
complexity and profound interconnectedness—these expressions can provide a
useful framework for reflecting on moral life.
